Entrepreneur, CEO, JEDI
Start Codon CEO, Dr Jason Mellad recently got the opportunity to share his insights in an interview that delves into his entrepreneurial journey for the University of Cambridge.
From a journey that started with a PhD at Cambridge, to co-founding Start Codon, Jason’s story is a testament to what can be achieved with passion and perseverance. But Jason’s journey isn’t just about business; he’s a devoted advocate of justice, equity, diversity and inclusion (JEDI) through initiatives like Get In, helping talented students from under-represented ethnic minority backgrounds access opportunities at Cambridge.
In his own words, “Everything I do is about creating a future where, if you are capable and have the right mindset, you will get the personal and professional support you need to change the world”. It’s a philosophy that’s driven his career and led to co-founding Start Codon.
